1 General Terms & Conditions

2.2 Multiple accounts prohibited

Each individual may only register one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, from the same device, or using the same payment method is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in all associated accounts being closed, and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

For withdrawals or transactions above a certain amount, 20xxx may verify your identity. This process may require a copy of your national ID or passport. Payments may be held until KYC verification is complete.

3 Betting Rules

3.1 Bet acceptance

• Bets will only be accepted if your account has sufficient balance
• Bets must be placed before the match starts or within the designated time
• Odds in Live Betting change in real time; the odds at the moment your bet is confirmed are final
• 20xxx reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds significantly higher or lower than normal due to a technical error

3.2 Reasons for bet cancellation

A bet may be cancelled and the stake refunded in any of the following situations:

• If a match or event is cancelled
• If the event starts more than 12 hours after the scheduled time
• Incorrect information displayed due to data feed or odds errors
• If the venue or format changes and it affects the outcome

3.3 Betting Limits

20xxx sets minimum and maximum bet amounts for each market and event. These limits may vary by market and are subject to change at any time. A maximum bet or win limit per user may also apply.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals at 20xxx must be made through the designated payment methods. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.1 Deposit

• Minimum deposit amount ৳200
• Most deposits are credited to your account instantly
• Deposited funds cannot be sent through a third party

4.2 Withdrawal
